For the past 17 years, the annual Lebanese Festival has shared, celebrated and showcased the Lebanese culture in the City of Ottawa. The Lebanese Festival has become a well-recognized annual event which many anxiously await for every year. This year, the Festival celebrates its 18th year! The events will run from July 16th to the 20th on the grounds of the St. Elias Cathedral, located across from Mooney's Bay at 700 Ridgewood Drive, Ottawa. The Lebanese Festival promotes and exposes the Lebanese culture. It allows us to share tasty Lebanese food, great entertainment and cultural exposure with all our guests. It has enabled the promotion of multiculturalism and assisted in creating partnerships between the different communities in the City of Ottawa. Every year the number of people that come celebrate, enjoy the entertainment and sample delicious food, grows and last year we happily welcomed over 40,000 guests! You can get to the festival using OC Transpo Route 87 Parking is available at the Canada Post building on Heron and Riverside. A Blue Line shuttle bus service will bring you to and from the Festival. |
